Eating more vegetables and fruits is always healthy. Vegetables and fruits contain rich vitamins, soluble fiber and minerals, but they have low calories. Soluble fiber can help decrease your cholesterol and reduce heart disease risk. To maintain a healthy diet, you can use vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, etc.) as the main ingredient or snacks. Fruits (such as apples, grapes and bananas, etc.) can also be used as the main ingredient or snacks.

If possible, your daily recipes should include various color vegetables and fruits. For example, you can eat spinach, yellow corn, purple plums, sweet potatoes, black beans, watermelon, and white onions.
