Child Exercise

Child Exercise

Children and adolescents should engage in regular physical activity, because physical activity can often prevent coronary artery disease.

Increasing physical activity can decrease cardiovascular disease risk and thus may improve life expectancy. Physical activity also benefits overall physical, psychological and social image, because it controls body weight, reduce various health problems and improve self-esteem.

By reducing some entertainment time (such as watching TV or playing digital games), parents should encourage their children to participate regular physical activity. Parents should become good role models and establish active family lifestyles.
