In order to reverse menopause weight gain, you will need to keep healthy eating and, most importantly, increase physical activity. Aerobic exercise can boost your metabolism and can also help you burn fat. Strength training can also be considered, as it can increase muscle mass and strengthen your bones. Other activities, such as long walks, dancing and gardening, can also be helpful.

Because your metabolism slows down, you should avoid high-fat foods.
